SYNOPSIS

The brain consists of the left side and the right side. The left side emphasis on words, logic, numbers, mathematics and sequence while the right side emphasizes on rhyme, rhythm, music, pictures and imagination. For all this to happen the brain must be fed with the right nutrients. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish, lean meat, unsaturated oils and nuts are brain builders while refined sugars, artificial coloring and alcohol are brain drainers. Starting the day with a hearty healthy breakfast will energy the brain to perform well. This level of glucose must be sustained by having a lunch and followed by dinner. The brain functioning depends on what you eat. This lecture will discuss consuming food as the brain medicine.
